3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Plates are accepted in batches. The batch must consist of plates of the same brand and the same nominal dimensions in the amount of no more than shift output on one production line.

3.2. Acceptance control of plates is carried out according to the following indicators:

dimensions, regularity of shape, uniformity of structure, density, humidity, binder content, compressibility, compressive strength at 10% strain, tensile strength, flexural strength, flexibility.

3.3. The manufacturer conducts periodic control of the plates according to the following indicators:

thermal conductivity - at least once every six months and with each change in raw materials or production technology; compressibility after sorption wetting, compressive strength at 10% deformation after sorption wetting and water absorption - at least once a month.

3.4. Five boards are taken from different places in the lot to check that the boards comply with the requirements of this standard in terms of size, shape and uniformity of structure. Of the plates that meet the requirements of this standard for size

frames, shape and uniformity of the structure, three plates are selected to determine the physical and mechanical parameters.

3.5. If the test results are unsatisfactory for at least one of the physical and mechanical indicators, a second test is carried out for this indicator of a double number of samples cut from six plates, again selected from the same batch.

In case of unsatisfactory results of the repeated check, the batch of plates is not subject to acceptance.

3.6. The user has the right to check the compliance of boards with the requirements of this standard, while observing the sampling procedure and test methods specified below.

3.7. Re-checking the double number of boards is carried out if at least one of the boards selected according to clause 3.4 does not meet the requirements of this standard in terms of size, shape and uniformity of structure.

If, upon re-checking, at least one of the newly selected slabs does not meet the requirements of this standard in terms of size, shape and uniformity of structure, a batch of slabs is accepted individually.

3.8. If upon acceptance of the boards, which were duly awarded the State Quality Mark, it turns out that they do not meet at least one of the indicators provided for by this standard, then the boards are not subject to acceptance according to the highest quality category.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The dimensions and correctness of the geometric shape of the plates are determined according to GOST 17177.1-81 and GOST 17177.2-81, while the thickness of the plates is determined at a specific load of 500 Pa (0.005 kgf / cm 2).

The homogeneity of the structure of the plates - the presence of voids, delaminations, foreign inclusions and areas of mineral wool not treated with a binder, is determined by examining the cut of three plates.

4:6. The compressibility of the boards is determined according to GOST 17177.13-81 on six samples sawn from two of the three boards selected according to clause 3.4 of this standard.

4.7. Determination of the compressibility of plates after sorption wetting

4.7.1. For testing use:

hydrostat;

4.12. The water absorption of the plates is determined according to GOST 17177.6-81 with partial immersion in water of three samples cut from the plates selected according to clause 3.4 of this standard.

4.13. The flexibility of the plates (bending around a cylinder with a diameter of 217 mm) is determined according to GOST 17177.14-81 on six samples cut from two of the three plates selected according to clause 3.4 of this standard.

The slabs are considered to have passed the test if no breaks or delaminations are observed on five specimens during bending around a cylinder with a diameter of 217 mm.
